Tokens are the currency used for AI generation tasks on the platform.

What costs tokens?

You spend tokens when you perform AI-intensive actions. The interface will always clearly show you the token cost before you confirm any action.

Common actions that cost tokens:

• 4k Upscaling: Increasing the resolution of an image.
• Recoloring: Changing the color of a Blank or Design.
• Generating and editing Blanks: Creating or modifying photoreal garments.
• Generating and editing Artwork: Creating or modifying design elements.

Check your balance

You can see your current token balance in the left tray bar near the bottom.

Purchase tokens

If you run out of tokens, you can purchase more directly from the app.

Note: Only workspace admins can purchase tokens. If you don't see these options, contact your admin.

Steps

1. Click the section on the sidebar that displays tokens or click your username at the bottom left of the page and click “Billing & Credits”

   

2. On the Billing page, click Purchase tokens.

   

3. Select the token pack you want to buy.

   

4. Enter your payment details and confirm.
