Add a teammate to your HyperThreads workspace and set their role. This takes about 30 seconds.

Only Admins can invite users.

Before you start

• You are signed in to HyperThreads.
• You have an Admin role.
• You have the teammate’s email address.
• You know which role they need: Designer or Admin.

Steps

1) Open User Management

1. Click your user icon / email in the bottom-left.

2. Click User Management.

   

2) Invite a user

1. Click Invite User (top-right).

2. Enter the teammate’s email.

3. Choose their role:

   • Designer — standard access for day-to-day work.
   • Admin — full access, including admin tools.

4. Click Send Invite.

   

What happens next (for the person you invited)

1. They receive an email invite.
2. They click Accept invitation.
3. HyperThreads opens in their browser.
