Add a teammate to your HyperThreads workspace and set their role. This takes about 30 seconds.

Before you start
- You are signed in to HyperThreads.
- You have an Admin role.
- You have the teammate’s email address.
- You know which role they need: Designer or Admin.
Steps
1) Open User Management

Click your user icon / email in the bottom-left.

Click User Management.

2) Invite a user

Click Invite User (top-right).

Enter the teammate’s email.

Choose their role:
- Designer — standard access for day-to-day work.
- Admin — full access, including admin tools.

Click Send Invite.

What happens next (for the person you invited)
- They receive an email invite.
- They click Accept invitation.
- HyperThreads opens in their browser.
